Shipping Policy
All orders are packaged and shipped directly by us using USPS.
Shipping times for all orders is 5-7 Business days. Processing time is not included.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to COVID-19 we are currently not accepting products for return or exchange.

Silk Press Booking Policy
Appointments - A deposit of $15.00 is due at the time of booking.

Cancellations - Please give us at least 24 hour notice before rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. So a time can be arranged to fill your spot.

Deposit Refund - The $15.00 deposit is non-refundable if the customer does not provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation before the appointment. This is to protect our losses if we are not able to fill the customer appointment slot.

Late Appointments - Late appointments will affect the other customer's appointment time. Therefore, appointments will be cancelled after 30 minutes of tardiness/no-shows. Deposits will be non-refundable.
